1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by ReJuve Lounge ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, IV therapy treatments, wellness services, text messaging program, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
ReJuve Lounge provides intravenous (IV) vitamin therapy, NAD+ treatments, intramuscular injections, and other wellness services. Our services are designed to support general wellness and are administered by licensed healthcare professionals.
Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are intended to complement, not replace, the relationship between you and your primary healthcare provider.
3. Eligibility and Health Requirements
To receive our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent)
- Complete a medical intake form honestly and accurately
- Disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and medications
- Sign an informed consent form prior to treatment
- Not be pregnant or breastfeeding for certain treatments (as indicated)
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet our eligibility requirements or whose health conditions may make treatment inadvisable.
4. Informed Consent
Before receiving any treatment, you will be required to sign an informed consent form acknowledging that you understand:
- The nature of the treatment and procedures involved
- The potential benefits of the treatment
- The potential risks and side effects, including but not limited to: bruising, bleeding, infection at the injection site, allergic reactions, nausea, flushing, and in rare cases, more serious complications
- Alternative treatments that may be available
- Your right to refuse treatment at any time
5. Medical Disclaimer
The statements made regarding our products and services have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The efficacy of these products and services has not been confirmed by FDA-approved research.
Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All information provided is for educational purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new treatment or if you have questions regarding a medical condition.
6. Appointments and Cancellations
Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. A valid payment method may be required to hold your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a no-show fee and may affect your ability to schedule future appointments.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Insurance: Our services are generally not covered by health insurance. We do not bill insurance companies directly. Upon request, we can provide a receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Packages and Memberships: Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. SMS / Text Messaging Program
ReJuve Lounge offers a text messaging (SMS) program (the “Program”) to provide appointment reminders, booking and rescheduling confirmations, account and service notifications, and, where you have separately consented, promotional offers and wellness updates. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to the terms of this Program.
Consent
When you opt in to receive text messages from ReJuve Lounge, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages at the mobile number you provided. Consent is collected when you check the SMS opt-in box during online booking or account sign-up, submit a contact or booking form that includes our SMS consent disclosure, text one of our opt-in keywords to our number, or provide your number and consent in person at one of our locations. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, appointment reminders and confirmations are sent in connection with your bookings). You may receive recurring messages.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. ReJuve Lounge does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and then stop sending text messages. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while we process your request. To rejoin, opt in again at any time.

Supported Carriers & Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS Program is offered on an “as available” basis and delivery may be affected by factors outside our control.
Privacy
Mobile information collected through the SMS Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in data and consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReJuve Lounge, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that IV therapy and other wellness treatments carry inherent risks. By choosing to receive our services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such treatments, whether known or unknown.
11. Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your health information in accordance with applicable laws, including HIPAA. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and marketing materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ReJuve Lounge and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
